Kim's teaching is influenced by master class New York City gurus and the true masters of the craft including Sanford Meisner, Lee Strasberg, Stanislavsky, Stella Adler, Linklater and Lessac. Her coaching includes sense memory exercises, scene study and workshop (for two actor coaching sessions), monologue coaching, voice for the actor, and various acting exercises.

Kim has worked in the field for over 30 years and has studied with many masters of the craft including Olympia Dukakis, Zoe Caldwell, Hume Cronyn, Michael Howard, Terry Schreiber, Eileen Heckart, Alexandra Neil, Stephen Jenn of the Royal Shakespeare Company among others. Kim is the founder and Artistic Director of Kutumba Theatre Project and has directed award winning shows for her company and various others in NYC and Florida. Kim is also an award winning playwright and actor, and has worked side by side with some of the biggest names in Hollywood.
Kim is passionate about acting, coaching, mentoring, and directing. She has helped actors get into conservatories in NYC and around the country. Kim’s philosophy is to empower actors, and to build the confidence of actors by focusing on strengths while working through challenges.
